Welcome to my blog, I am not entirely sure where I am going with this. The views contained within this blog are entirely my own and not in any way in association with anything I am connected with. My personal choice is to treat my mental health difficulties without medication, which essentially forms the structure of what this blog is about, this is what is right for me, but not what is necessarily right for others. I decided to put a blog together as it’s in a big long list of distraction techniques for distress tolerance. My blog also talks about my experience of being diagnosed on the autistic spectrum as an adult and how this has felt to me.
